    Were you a member of the Battery Club? I was. We also used to give dumb names and our friends address why we bought something and they asked for your address to send the catalog to.

    I don't remember being part of the Battery Club but that's hilarious about giving a wrong address. I'm sure I didn't do that because I like getting things like that in the mail.

    The entire catalog for 1970 is HERE

    It wasn't to avoid getting catalogs, it was that someone we knew would get a Radio Shack catalog addressed to SEYMORE BUTTS or similar in their mailbox.
