Murena Murena

Okay, now I'm stuttering.

Absolutely nothing to do with the movie.

There were at least two cars badged Murena; the 1980-1983 Talbot-Matra 3-seater and the ultra exclusive Intermeccanica station wagon...or shooting brake, if you're retentive. Both cars have fascinating histories, are ultra rare and the Italian-American stallion is rumored to have had owners such as Elvis and Dean Martin, though I've never seen any proof of that claim. Eleven Intermeccanica Matras were produced, while 10,680 T-M Matras were pumped out.

  1. I'll take the Matra, please. It looks small, light, and nimble. And trust the French to come up with a car where you can take both your wife AND your mistress, and not have them argue about who has to ride in the back!
