Good grief, has it really come to this? People can no longer keep track of how many people are in their vehicle? I doubt that this feature would have prevented several of the overheating deaths this summer, since in those cases, the "responsible parents" were in a big hurry to get their fix of whatever mind-altering substance gets them through their day. For the rest of us, just another sensor to go wrong as the vehicle ages.
