1964-1974 Reliant Rebel Estate

A relatively rare car in the first place (~2600 produced), the estate is even rarer. In fact, I don't have exact numbers on the long roof. If you do, please share them with me. And yet, the model existed for ten years. Powered by a rough four-cylinder, this tiny car was extremely lightweight. Remember when cars were like that?

  1. Now, I am NOT an expert on eccentric British cars (although I AM a fan of same). However, I think the vehicle you have featured here is not a Reliant Rebel Estate, but rather a Reliant Regal Estate. From what I can dig up, the Rebel was the four-wheeled variant. They shared a lot of mechanical bits. If I have this wrong, I will be happy to be corrected. Here are my vast sources:
