The Wartburg 312 was a weird in-between model that combined the 311 and the 353, though is succeeded the first and preceded the later.

I love them both! I have a thing for "the peoples' cars" and these two fit that category very nicely. We had Wartburgs and Skodas in Canada over the years (Skodas as recently as the 1980s), but I had never seen either of these models. Thanks for sharing, K2.
